Prosecutors want ex-president Graham Spanier, former vice president Gary Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley  tried for child endangerment. They made their arguments to proceed with criminal charges against the trio public on Wednesday. They say the men failed to report Jerry Sandusky's abuse of children.

Lawyers for the men asked the remaining charges be dismissed because the statute of limitations had expired.
