Prop 8 Strikes Again

A judge has ruled a previous judge had no obligation to reveal he was gay when he ruled that Prop 8 -- a voter-approved bill for traditional marriage -- was unconstititional. Murray McCalister of Liberty Counsel says, "Even though the California Supreme Court said the amendment was fine, Judge Walker comes along and says 'no, it's not.' So again now, the will of the people is being thwarted by the courts." She also says they will appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if they have to.
