President Obama's Healthcare Bill Heading To The Nation's Highest Court

President Obama's healthcare reform bill is heading to the U.S. Supreme Court. The American Center for Law and Justice is preparing to file a brief with the high court this week to defeat it. Florida, joined by a majority of states, has asked the Supreme Court to take up Obamacare and declare it unconstitutional.
