President Obama heads overseas today for several days in the Middle East and Europe. The President will start his trek in Saudi Arabia. He and Saudi King Abdullah are expected to discuss a range of issues, including terrorism, Iran and Middle East peace efforts. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs was pressed about the current spike in global oil prices and said that issue will probably come up too.

Obama will next head to Egypt for a major speech on repairing frayed U.S. relations with the Muslim world. In a speech in Turkey in April, Obama insisted the U.S. is "not at war with Islam." Later in the week, the President will visit a World War Two concentration camp in Germany and will take part in D-Day anniversary events in Normandy.
