The statewide positive test rate dropped to 3.2%, down from 3.7% last week.
In addition, fewer counties showed up in the administration’s list of counties to watch for COVID-19, a weekly update produced by the state.
The Wolf administration said 7 counties bear watching for the coronavirus because at least 5% of those tested were positive for COVID-19 compared to ten last week. Among the seven are Centre (12.0%), Northumberland (8.3%), Juniata (6.8%), and Snyder (5.2%) Counties.
