Poll Finds Obama Is Still Up In Pennsylvania

Senator Bob Casey and President Barack Obama continue to hold comfortable leads in Pennsylvania over their Republican rivals. Mercyhurst University found 48 percent of state voters would cast ballots for Obama, 40 percent for Mitt Romney. And 91 percent of state residents were "certain of their decision." Bob Casey has a 14 point advantage over his Republican challenger, Tom Smith. Several other polls put Obama about 8 points ahead of Romney in the Keystone state, but conservative pundits say rural Pennsylvania, which tends to swing right, is rarely ever accurately polled before elections.
