Texas Governor Rick Perry says he has no problem with same-sex marriage in New York. Perry, whom many conservatives and evangelicials would like to see as a Republican presidential candidate, says states should have the right to legalize same-sex marriage if they want. Speaking at an event in Colorado last weekend, Perry said "That is their call. If you believe in the 10th Amendment, stay out of their business." Same-sex marriage is now legal in six states and the District of Columbia.
