Pennsylvania presents evidence to federal judge in suit against the U.S. Postal Service

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro says that evidence highlights an illegal attempt to make sweeping policy changes that could ultimately disenfranchise voters.
 
They say that moves to cut overtime, remove processing equipment and slash office hours were taken without the approval of a regulatory commission.
 
Those defending the actions of post office leaders say those changes were simply guidelines established to help the postal service improve efficiency- and tackle crippling debt.
