Attorney General Josh Shapiro says the Keystone State is part of a settlement with Western Union. It resolves an investigation into fraud-induced wire transfers.

The agreement requires Western Union to develop and implement an anti-fraud program.  Western Union will also pay tens-of-millions-of-dollars to provide refunds to victims of fraudulent wire transfers, including Pennsylvania victims.

Shapiro says $21 million may be returned to Pennsylvanians.
