Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf is once again calling for a statewide decriminalization of small amounts of marijuana

He did a media blitz yesterday across the state promoting it.

Dauphin County D.A. Ed Marsico says it's only a low grade misdemeanor.  He says the governor isn't giving accurate facts on his media tour.  Marsico says, "You don't go to jail for possessing a small amount of marijuana the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, or six time."

In October, Harrisburg will join Philadelphia and Pittsburgh by decriminalizing small amounts. But, the governor wants pot reform statewide rather than community by community.
