Penn State's Schultz, Curley Will Not Have Their Charges Dismissed

A judge Wednesday upheld pergury charges against two Penn State administrators accused of lying to the grand jury that investigated allegations against Jerry Sandusky. The judge said allegations against former Vice President Gary Schultz and Athletic Director Tim Curley will stand. They had argued the statute of limitations had expired. The trial will begin in January.
