Pakistani Troops Moved Toward Indian Border

Pakistani troops began moving to the Indian border Friday. Intelligence officials say it is due to the tension triggered by the Mumbai terror attacks. India is blaming Pakistani-based militants for last month's siege on its financial capital.  164 people were killed in those attacks.

Both countries have said they do not want to start a war over the attacks. However, Indian officials have not ruled out the use of force to crack down on the Pakistani-based terrorist group it blames for the attack.

Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has promised to fight back if attacked. He has reassured Indian officials that Pakistan would not be the first to start a military conflict.
