PA Scraps Medical Marijuana Bill

   Medical marijuana is likely a no-go in Pennsylvania-- for now. At first glance it appeared a bill may have the chance of passing-- after Governor Tom Corbett announced last month he would support a medical study of it's effects. But before such a program can begin, marijuana advocates have another group to persuade: the state House Republican majority. A spokesman says the Republican state representatives believe the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, not states, should decide what is medicine.
