Gas companies are doing a better job maintaining roads in Pennsylvania. State transportation official Scott Christie says a year ago, some 400-miles of road across P.A. was destroyed. But last year, just 10 miles were damaged. He said the industry has spent some 400-million dollars fixing Pennsylvania roads. In some cases, they repaired them before they even used them-- so the heavy trucks loaded with hydrofracking water could travel safely.
