PA Photo ID Law To Be Heard In Court This Summer

A legal challenge to the Pennsylvania law mandating photo identification for voters is tentatively scheduled for trial this summer. A state judge says the trial will begin July 15 in Harrisburg. The judge says he'll decide by March 21 whether to modify a rule that prevented the law from going into effect for the November 2012 election. Until then, the rules for the May 21 primary are up in the air.
