PA measure would require medical facilities to dispose of a fetus after a miscarriage or abortion.

State House members are voicing a variety of views on the prospect of burial or cremation for the tiny infants.

Representative Clint Owlett says taking the baby home helps parents with the closure process.

The PA House voted to pass what's known as the Disposition of Fetal Remains Bill.

Lawmaker Dan Frankel, among the dissenters, claims patients and healthcare workers call the bill "cruel" and "redundant."

House Bill 1890 now heads to the Senate for consideration, but Governor Wolf says he plans to veto the measure.
