Pennsylvania’s state insurance commissioner has his doubts that President Obama’s “fix it” plan for the Affordable Care Act will work.  Michael Consedine says he’s not sure if insurers will be able to save a quarter million health insurance policies that were dumped as a result of ObamaCare. Consedine questions whether Obama has the legal authority to allow insurers to reinstate or extend those policies. He also says Pennsylvania has limited power to force insurers to comply.
