PA High Court Readies for Redistricting Fight

The justices are planning to hear the case on January 23rd ...if a motion is filed. So far, none has been.
The plan approved in December by a constitutionally mandated commission redraws 203 house districts and 50 senate districts to compensate for population shifts reflected in the 2010 census.
It will become law unless there is a successful appeal.
