24 Counties begin a "phased in" strategy for reopening this Friday.

Governor Tom Wolf says businesses in those counties that cannot allow for social distancing must remain closed.

Movie theatres, gyms, dining rooms, gatherings of 25 or more, organized sports, and visits to nursing homes will still be "off limits" in Pennsylvania.

House Speaker Mike Turzai this cannot continue indefinitely with more than 20% of people unemployed.

The state's top Republican fears if the "closed" sign is not lifted soon many businesses will never come back.

Governor Wolf warns businesses that do not abide by social distancing guidelines will be shut down just as soon as they reopen.
