A Pennsylvania based grocery market chain is changing its gas discount program. Giant Foods rolled out the new rules on Sunday. You still get a discount of 10 cents a gallon for each $100 you spend on groceries and pharmacy items. But effective Sunday, points will expire at the end of the month after they were earned. And the maximum number of gallons you can get for a discounted fill up drops from 30 to 25. Giant operates stores in 7 states-- including Pennsylvania and New York.
