One County In PA Bucks Trend; Logs Unusually High Number of Bankruptcies

Bankruptcies have been dropping across most of northeastern Pennsylvania, but not in Monroe county. Bankruptcies in 33 northeastern counties have dropped 17-percent from 2011. But in Monroe County, they actually increased by about 3-percent. It's the only county in the state that logged more bankruptcies. Pundits say it's because unemployment in the area is so high.
