NY Special Session Would Include Ethics Reform

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says any special session held in Albany in the coming months is likely to involve talks about improving the state's ethics watchdog. Cuomo says reform of the Joint Commission on Public Ethics is an item that needs to be taken up by lawmakers. There have been complaints regarding transparency issues that have dogged Cuomo for months. Any special session will not take place before the November 6th general election.
