NY Senate Control May Head To The Court System

11.28.12 | Sarah Harnisch

Looks like there's another court challenge coming as the battle for control of the New York State Senate, continues. There are challenges to more than 500 paper ballots in a race that could determine whether Republicans or Democrats hold the chamber. The race is from Ulster County and right now, Republican George Amedore is in the lead.  Ultimately, the outcome of the race could be determined by a state judge.  A court appearance is tentatively set for Thursday.
