No More Re-Registering For the Do-Not-Call List In PA

Pennsylvanians who chose to ban telemarketing calls would no longer have to register every five years under legislation passed by the state House of Representatives.
House Bill 129 would make registration on the state's Do Not Call list permanent. Under the proposal, the only way a phone number would be removed from the registry would be if the person who uses the number requests to be removed or if the phone number is assigned to a different person. The bill now heads to the state Senate for consideration.
