New York's Attorney General Wants Gay Marriage Lawsuit Tossed

  Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has filed paperwork to have a lawsuit fighting for traditional marriage in New York State dismissed. The lawsuit was brought by New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms. They say they are looking forward to their day in court. They want to shed light on how the whole gay marriage bill was shadily orchestrated. Schneiderman has requested an October 17th hearing at the Livingston County courthouse.
