More than 100 cities are under flash flood watches and warnings across NY and PA

There were rescues by air and by water overnight in Troy and Benton, Pennsylvania.

There are warnings out right now for Columbia, Lycoming, Schuylkill, Sullivan, and Wyoming counties.

 

In New York, Broome County has declared a state of emergency due to flooding and damaged roadways.  That includes a busy underpass/intersection in Binghamton

Hancock Town Supervisor says concern about the stability of the Bear Brook Road Dam, has also led to a state of emergency. 

This is the 22nd day of rain since July 4th.
