The final Pennsylvania county which had been legally prevented from issuing same sex marriage licenses to gay couples will begin signing them at 8:30 this morning. This, after a Federal judge legalized gay marriage in the Keystone State last week. Montgomery County was ordered to wait because of a pending lawsuit, after a clerk issued 174 gay marriage licenses against state law. Tuesdays, that order was lifted. Micheal Geer of the Pennsylvania institute say governor Tom Corbett won't appeal the ruling, but there may be other with the power to appeal.
