Rochester Police have arrested the mother of the four children who were killed in a February house fire on Grape Street.

Bobbie Kugler is in custody and will be charged with manslaughter and arson.

Police said she was arrested in Poughkeepsie area.

The fire on February 18 killed Gage Reavey, Gregory Kugler, Kandee Kugler, and Kaiden Kugler.

The siblings were upstairs in the two-story home when the fire broke out.

Four people survived the fire: Bobbie Kugler and another one of her children, 2-year-old Tyron Jackson, along with Waltquaries Evans and Giovanni Delorm.

The fire chief said it appeared the fire started in a front bedroom.

But he would not say more about the circumstances of how it was set.
