Middle Class To Be Hit Hardest By President Obama's Affordable Care Act Tax

Nearly six million Americans, 50 percent more then first estimated, will face a tax penalty for not having health insurance in 2016. The tax is under the President's new healthcare reform bill, the Affordable Care Act. Most of those taking the hit in taxes are in the middle class. The new estimate was released by the Congressional Budget Office today.
