Low Turnout at PA Polls

  The numbers are in on how many people voted in last week's primary elections in Pennsylvania: fewer than 1 in 5 registered voters made a pit stop at the ballot box last Tuesday. That's a figure some experts say Pennsylvania could improve if it overhauled the voter registration law. Berry Kauffman, director of Common Cause Pennsylvania, says the Keystone state would have higher enrollment if people could register on the day they vote-- and register to vote online.
