Filed this week in federal court in Harrisburg, the suit by the Public Interest Legal Foundation seeks to pry information pertaining to the maintenance of voter rolls over the 20 yea from state election officials over the last two decades..

PILF says the records could show thousands of non-citizen residents registered to vote.

The suit stems from a Pennsylvania study of non-citizen driver’s license holders that found names matching roughly 100,000 voters in the statewide registration database.
