Judge to Ramp Up Case Against Penn State Administrators

Jerry Sandusky has been convicted and sentenced and lost an appeal, but the prosecution of three former Penn State administrators accused of covering up child sex-abuse complaints about the former assistant football coach has been in legal limbo. Now, the judge overseeing the criminal case against Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz says he's making plans to return the case to the public's eye- and get the case back on track for this summer.
