Yesterday, Gov. Cuomo's former aide, Joseph Percoco, was given six years in prison for taking $300,000 dollars in bribes from companies that wanted to gain influence with the Cuomo administration.

Judge Valerie Caproni says the court will show no mercy to public officials trying to add to their income by taking bribes.

She also said Percoco spoke for the governor whether Cuomo knew what he was doing or not.
