Gas prices have jumped nearly a quarter in the last 2 weeks. And that's bad news in New York and Pennsylvania, where we're both already well above the national average. Nationally, a gallon of regular gas is 3-59. The rise, due to a spike in wholesale prices. In New York, it's 3-92 a gallon, it's 3-70 in Pennsylvania.
