Hornell, NY Post Office First In The Nation To Display Soldier's Name Outside

The Hornell, New York post office has been renamed in honor of fallen marine Zachary Smith, who was killed in Afghanistan 3 years ago. It took an act of Congress and the President's signature to get the designation. The Hornell facility is the first in the country that displays a soldier's name outside.
