Homeschooled 1st Grader Ordered To Public School In New Hampshire

A homeschooling case out of New Hampshire is getting national attention. The State Supreme Court heard arguments Thursday after a 1st grade girl was ordered to go to public school-- by a state judge-- because her mother was too rigid with teaching her the Bible. The Alliance Defense Fund says she was well socialized, but the court decided the mom was "too religious"-- and she needs to be exposed to other ideas-- to see what the first grader really believes in. A.D.F. is defending the child's mother in court. For a link to the ADF story, go here.
