A Siena College real estate poll released Thursday found in the fourth quarter of 2012, New Yorkers as a whole feel that the market has turned and their home value has increased. That's the first time in three years confidence is up. The confidence score was up by nearly 12 points in 1 quarter. It's the first time it's been up since 2010. Sentiment is truly reflecting reality-- the Association of Realtors said this week home sales are up 9 percent, a sign that things are changing.
