Gov. Wolf will call for PA's first increase in minimum wage in 10 years

Pennsylvania's minimum wage has been at the federal minimum of $7.25 an hour since 2009.  Governor Wolf will ask to gradually increase that to $15 an hour by 2025.

The Chief of Susquehanna Township's EMS services says rural emergency agencies will have to shut down.

Chief Matthew Bailey says it's a good goal to increase minimum wage for the commonwealth, but state funding for EMS hasn't been changed since 1985, and they'll lose more funding this June. He says small towns will have to pick up the tab, or there will be a "crisis" in the commonwealth.
