    Republican Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich says his large jewelry store account is a private matter.  Appearing on CBS's "Face the Nation," Gingrich says the Tiffany & Company account, which could be as high as 500-thousand dollars, was paid long ago and without interest. He said "we are very frugal. We live within our budget. We owe nothing."  Gingrich was asked if a man with such expensive tastes is fiscally wise enough to be president.  The former House Speaker says he's successful and how he spends his money is personal.  Gingrich says his four businesses make money, and that he's debt-free except for a rental property mortgage in Wisconsin.  Gingrich says if the U.S. government was as debt-free as himself, quote, "America would be celebrating."
