Gay Marriage Lives On In Pennsylvania

There will be no help from the nation's highest court. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Wednesday denied a request from Schuylkill County clerk Theresa Santai-Gaffney who was seeking a stay against a federal court decision that allowed gay marriage to go into effect in the Keystone State. It means as she appeals, the law allowing gay marriage will stand in Pennsylvania.
