New York gas prices continue to fall. The average price for a gallon of gas has fallen in Chemung County by 25 cents in just the last month. Officials from the website "GasBuddy.com" say prices could fall to as low as 3-50 a gallon by the end of June. The National Average is 3-58 right now, and New York usually doesn't come within striking distance of the national average, because of all its taxes, but it's at 3-74. Pennsylvania is paying 3-46, more then 10-cents under the National average.
