Gas Prices Down, But Not Enough.; P.A. Markets Gasoline Alternative

Gas prices have dropped more then 30-cents since early spring. Binghamton, New York is logging gas at $3.59, down from $4.09 just two months ago. In fact, in two states, it's already under 3-dollars a gallon. Experts say there's not a good reason behind it: the U.S. economy is faltering, and so is China's.
Though prices are dropping, $3.59 still isn't a good deal for most of us. How about driving a car on compressed natural gas? It's $1.50 a gallon right now.
