Former Penn State player sues school, football coach, and fellow player

Isaiah Humphries is seeking unspecified financial damages in the federal suit against Penn State, Coach James Franklin, and former teammate, Damion Barber.

Humphries accuses coaches of retaliating when he reported hazing, harassment, and sexual assault by teammates.

Humphries' dad, who also played for the Nittany Lions, reported the behavior to coaches, but he alleges no action was taken to prevent it.

The school says it investigated the claims and forwarded them to the Centre County DA who decided no charges would be pursued.
