   FEMA Contact Information For New York:
Those who sustained losses in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego and Tioga counties can begin applying for assistance by registering online at www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 1 (800) 621-3362. The toll-free telephone number will operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week until further notice.


  FEMA Contact Information for Pennsylvania:
Counties in P.A. included in the disaster declaration are: Bradford, Columbia, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Union and Wyoming.

If you live in an area that was hit by Lee you may qualify for federal assistance, which could include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured or under insured property losses and other other programs to help individuals and business owners recover from the effects of the flooding. Those with damage can call 1-800-621-FEMA or go to www.disasterassistance.gov.
