President Obama is out with a new plan to fix 70-thousand of the nation's bad bridges. In Pennsylvania 1 in every 4 bridges in the state falls into that catagory. The state was well represented at a Congressional hearing this week. It's called the Fix-It-First program, and it may mean the Keystone state could get a hefty chunk of a 50 billion dollar federal pie to fix state bridges. The President said the cash to fund the program would come from winding down the war in Afghanistan.
