Erie-area doctor pleads guilty to carrying an unlicensed pistol in DC

44-Year-old Bryan Moles was first arrested in may of last year when police discovered a semi-automatic pistol, an AR-15-style rifle, and ammunition in his car parked at the Trump International Hotel.

The Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty this week to carrying a pistol without a license in exchange for the federal firearms charge to be dismissed and on the condition that he surrender all his firearms.

When Moles is sentenced September 7th, he faces up to two years in prison and a fine over $12,000 dollars.
