Elmira Hospital Sued

The family of a man who died under the care of the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira has filed a lawsuit against the hospital.
Autopsy results show Leslie Marshall of Elmira died of an insulin overdose. The marshall family says there's one problem, Leslie wasn't diabetic. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 69.
The attorney for the family says Marshall was terminally ill with cancer and had been receiving treatment at the hospital.
