Elmira Documentary To Make Global Premiere This Weekend

This Sunday at 9 p.m., a documentary film made in Elmira, New York will air in 200 nations around the world. The film is called "Shattered Silence", and it chronicles the stories of families that have lost someone to suicide, or battled it and survived. Director and producer Joseph Channell says "God TV is in 194 million homes and reaches 600 million people worldwide. It's huge. It's global. To think our documentary is going to be playing in other countries... it's just a God thing." Channell has logged over 5-thousand editing hours putting this together. The Family Life news team will have a full-form, 30-minute feature on "Shattered Silence" on December 31st.
