Driver In Amish Crash Arraigned

   The driver that killed 6 Amish in Yates county has been indicted. Steven Eldridge, of Penn Yann, faces 18 criminal charges for his alleged role in the July 19th crash that killed the farmers. He had attempted to pass a a large farm sprayer in a curve when he hit the Amish van head on. Eldridge will be arraigned on the charges October 14th. The Yates County Sheriff will discuss the charges and the investigation later today.
