This month marks the 40-year anniversary of Hurricane Agnes, also called the "Flood of '72."  The storm killed 128 people nationwide, caused 2-billion dollars in damage, and destroyed 43-thousand structures in New York and Pennsylvania. In commemoration, the Corning Glass Museum gave a screening of a new documentary that showed agnes' devastation. The documentary is called, "Agnes, The Flood of '72." A second screening is being held in Elmira at the Clemens Center Thursday.
